South Jersey Robot Challenge

  • Sponsored by IEEE Women in Engineers
  • 5 high schools participating
    • Oakcrest, Absegami, Egg Harbor Twp, Middle Twp & Pilgrim Academy
  • Over 30 robots have been provided for the first Challenge
  • Challenge date, time and location:
    • April 24, 2010
    • 9am to 2pm
    • Naval Air Station Wildwood (NASW), Cape May Airport, Rio Grande (www.usnasw.org)
  • Volunteers are needed:
    • Judges (Oral presentation, track event and written report)
    • General helpers
  • Volunteers the day of the event do not need to commit for the entire day. For example: you can volunteer to help for just 2 hours if you like
  • Financial help is also needed to provide the winning team prizes:
    • 1st place
    • 2nd place
    • 3rd place
