South Jersey Robot Challenge
- Sponsored by IEEE Women in Engineers
- 5 high schools participating
- Oakcrest, Absegami, Egg Harbor Twp, Middle Twp & Pilgrim Academy
- Over 30 robots have been provided for the first Challenge
- Challenge date, time and location:
- April 24, 2010
- 9am to 2pm
- Naval Air Station Wildwood (NASW), Cape May Airport, Rio Grande (www.usnasw.org)
- Volunteers are needed:
- Judges (Oral presentation, track event and written report)
- General helpers
- Volunteers the day of the event do not need to commit for the entire day. For example: you can volunteer to help for just 2 hours if you like
- Financial help is also needed to provide the winning team prizes:
- 1st place
- 2nd place
- 3rd place
