Salvation Army Angel Tree Program
It is that time of year again – already!! As a community activity within the Lockheed Martin Leadership Association, Atlantic City Chapter #541, we are supporting The Salvation Army Angel Tree Program (of course with a lot of help from others). Since Major Kathleen Calvo’s wish is that as many children as possible have a Christmas, we are again going to concentrate on providing toys and clothing to more children rather than limit the number of children and include the adults. Even in these hard times, we can make a difference and feel the joy in ourselves as we bring joy to others. THANKS!!
Angel Tree Tags:
- We will have 126 Angel Tree Tags with specifics for children (as in previous years) – buy clothes, toys, etc.
- We are asking that you plan on purchasing at least one item from each category on the tag – we would love to be able to provide an item of clothing AND toy for each child. Get together with co-workers to make this possible if you choose. Also, please provide gift-wrap or gift bags with the gifts.
